Challenge and Concept

For ILA 2022, FCAS sought to develop an interactive presentation that would not only showcase the most advanced and complex flight system in a digital, informative and convincing way. The presentation should also serve as a central resource platform for consortium companies. The goal was to centrally manage all relevant content in one place, standardize communication, and eliminate the need for an exaggerated number of exhibits and screens.

Our solution: A platform based on VRPE’s Headless CMS "MA.X." A system that meets all requirements for flexibility, efficiency, and sustainability – and fosters collaboration among all stakeholders.

Development

The concept combines high-tech with stability and performance, as well as a user-friendly interface:

• Front-End: A dynamic and visually appealing interface allows visitors to interactively experience FCAS and easily navigate through consortium members' content.
• Back-End: Consortium companiers can upload, update, and approve editorial content and documents on their own. Transparent processes ensure that the FCAS client retains full control at all times.
• Sustainability: The platform can be exported and installed locally at the push of a button. This way, last-minute changes are possible at any time and stable performance is guaranteed.

Implementation

The VRPE Headless CMS MA.X enables seamless collaboration between all consortium members, saves resources and creates a sustainable solution that extends well beyond its initial purpose. New content can be easily integrated and existing data remains flexible and reusable. What started as a "one-off project" has become a lasting solution: The innovative system has already been successfully deployed at multiple events, including FEINDEF, ILA 2024, and Paris Air Show 2023 and 2025.
