Catella: Brand Experience @ Expo Real
Challenge and Concept
Catella positions itself as “The sustainable link between property and capital.” This mindset was to be translated into a tangible brand world at Expo Real 2024 – through an architectural statement that combines clarity, energy and human connection. The goal: to create a high-quality space for encounters within a compact footprint – not a classic exhibition space, but a place for dialogue, trust and shared visions.
Development
We have supported Catella at Expo Real since 2021 – with a concept that unites brand consistency, evolution and a strong visual presence. The 2024 edition focused on contrast and reduction: a deep-black, two-storey structure was articulated through precise lines, strategic lighting and a custom tone-on-tone graphic layer. This design element plays with matte and glossy black surfaces – a subtle nod to urban potential and future projects. Welcoming, comfortable hospitality zones, integrated green design and prominent logo displays give the space both depth and identity.
Implementation
In close collaboration with Catella’s marketing team, we created a distinctive brand presence with a clear architectural signature. High-end materials, thoughtful lighting and welcoming furnishings turned the booth into a trusted space for meaningful conversations. Catella uses Expo Real in Munich to nurture relationships and projects worldwide – and we deliver the space to make it happen. Year after year.
