Given the complexity of the topics and content, as well as the early booking of stand spaces at a new trade fair, the ideal starting point is at least 18 months before the event (March 2026). To secure the best locations and ensure availability of our capacities, we recommend starting the strategic concept development as early as possible.

This requires detailed conceptual planning, as well as proven expertise in on-site logistics and installation, to stage your demanding exhibits in a powerful and convincing way.

Digital technologies are an integral part of our customer journeys and presentation concepts. Given the complexity of many defence solutions, we use a range of technologies, including VR and AR applications, to make large machines and systems tangible even when physical space is limited. In addition, we deploy digital touchpoints for target-group-specific information delivery and efficient content management—controlled centrally via a secure CMS environment.
Yes. Our in-house experts are happy to support you whenever such needs arise. The key advantage is that marketing consulting is developed in direct synergy with the design and implementation of your trade fair presence. In addition, during the final design and graphic planning phase, we review all communication for technical accuracy and industry compliance. We ensure that graphics, labelling and digital content are optimally placed and precisely aligned with the language and expectations of your target audiences—military leadership and political decision-makers.
For a strategically important presence of this scale (typically over 150 m²), we recommend starting the strategic concept development 12 to 18 months before the trade fair (i.e. in Q1 2026). An early start ensures optimal stand placement. However, a later start is also possible; ideally, 6 to 12 months are sufficient to allow adequate time for material procurement as well as the approval procedures required by Hannover Messe.
For an interactive exhibit, we recommend starting the strategic concept development six months before the event. The detailed planning and build phase typically requires approximately 16 weeks. An early start ensures optimal resource planning and a precisely tailored technical implementation.
